“Satisfaction or Your Money Back” Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us in writing within 21 days from your training launch date (the date your courseware license becomes activated) and we will offer a full refund for the purchase. If purchased by a company for an employee and the employee is no longer employed by the company, the license may be reassigned to another employee of the company. Contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. We are unable to grant pro-rated returns.

To request a refund on any product, please contact our Customer Support department at 1-877-797.2799. The return request must be in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

* Refunds require proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.
* Refunds are not granted for partial returns. All merchandise received by the user must be returned complete, including all manuals, instructions and other items.

PAYMENT TERMS

Standard Customer payment terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If Customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, The Training Consortium LLC may rescind all or part of any promotional discount given at the time of sale, and at its option, revoke access to training programs until full payment is made. In the event Customer account becomes delinquent and is turned over to collection, Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
